Return Policy Within Canada

We are happy to accept returns and exchange for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective goods purchased online within 7 days of date of delivery. Please keep in mind a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Please keep in mind all sale items are non-refundable, exchange is based on availability of items.

To qualify for a return:
  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and card included)

Exchange Policy

Exchange of orders is dependent on the availability of stock. Since Te`Orna offers limited edition collections, once the item is sold out we cannot guarantee if or when the item will be back in stock. So in such cases if the item you would like is sold out, you can do following:

Within Canada: you can either opt for store credit or return the item. Same return condition applies as mentioned above.

 Outside Canada: you can request a store credit.

Defective Items

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care HERE within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay the return shipping cost.

International Returns

Te`Orna welcomes returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective products for a store credit (in the form of e-gift card) within 15 days of the date your order was delivered. Final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of delivery, to start a return. Please keep in mind that you are still responsible for any shipping costs and the shipping fees will be deducted from your total amount of refund. 

How long does it take to process the return?

Please allow up to 1 weeks (7  Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when complete.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to see amount to appear on your credit card in 5-7 business days.
